Cereals, fruit and toast with a good choice of cooked breakfast to follow including a full welsh breakfast with sausages, egg, and thick bacon.

We pride ourselves on our food at Ty Mawr and with all our food locally sourced from around and near Carmarthenshire we are sure that you will enjoy the beginning of your day at Ty Mawr.

Cooked Breakfasts include a choice of the following

• Sausages,

• Home Cured Bacon from Julian Cooper

• Mushrooms

• Tomatoes (from our own kitchen garden soon)

• Baked Beans

• Free-range eggs (from small holding up the road)

• Laverbread rolled in oatmeal

Toast is served with Honey, Jam and Marmalade all made by a lady from Brynmelyn Farm in Horeb who keeps her own bees
