All prices listed are per room per night and, unless otherwise stated, are based on two people sharing a double or twin room.

Bed and Breakfast Rate

• King Size Double or Twin En Suite - £108.00

• Superior Super King Size Double or Twin En Suite - £118.00

• Single Occupancy of a Double/Twin Room - £70.00

Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Rate (only available if staying for more than one night)

• King Size Double or Twin En Suite - £150.00

• Superior Super King Size Double or Twin En Suite - £160.00

• Single Occupancy of a Double/Twin Room - £92.00

Please note:-

Children - We do not take children in the hotel or restaurant under the age of 12.  Well-behaved older children are welcome and two of the bedrooms have sofa beds – please call for prices.  It should be noted that we do not serve a children’s menu in the restaurant.

Dogs are welcomed at no extra cost, by prior arrangement - they are allowed in the bedrooms, but not on the furniture.

Reflexology, massage and alternative treatments are available (prices and more details can be found here). Its best to book these treatments in advance before you visit us to ensure availability.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid any misunderstanding we would remind you that a verbal or written reservation constitutes a legal contract.

Should you have to cancel your holiday for any reason then please notify us immediately and confirm your cancellation in writing. Both parties should endeavour to re-let the accommodation. Should neither party succeed, then the person making the reservation is legally liable to pay a cancellation fee as set out below.

• If cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice then 40% of the total amount of the booking is payable.

• If cancellation is made with less than one weeks notice then 15% of the total amount of the booking is payable.

• If we are able to rebook the room then we shall refund you the charge.
